We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead our organization's strategic digital initiatives. This role involves managing the planning and execution of projects designed to drive efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful implementation of new technologies, processes, and systems aligned with the company’s goals and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute large-scale data remediation and digital transformation projects.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Lead efforts to improve data accuracy, compliance, and governance.
- Implement innovative digital solutions to optimize business operations.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, providing clear communication and progress updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving challenges proactively.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale data remediation and digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive consensus.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with competing priorities.
- Flexibility to travel across Australia as required.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation or technology-driven projects.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud solutions, automation, AI, data analytics, and enterprise systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in change management, including leading cultural shifts in the adoption of digital tools and processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven focus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
