Role: Senior DevOps Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge software and services.
• Bring agility and adaptability to the forefront, inspiring teams to adopt flexible and efficient workflows.
• Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable cloud-based systems, leveraging expertise in Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Champion the development, deployment, and operation of backend and frontend systems.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and teamwork, solving challenges through collective effort.
• Automate processes to optimize development workflows.
• Act as a trusted Cloud expert, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Lead technical projects, using professional judgement to address service issues and meet tight deadlines.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Proven track record as a DevOps Engineer or Software Developer across diverse projects.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Linux Foundation) are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in building secure, scalable, and resilient software systems, including monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack).
• Experience deploying and maintaining development platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts is a bonus.
• A passion for continuous improvement through metrics, feedback, and experimentation.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Comfortable engaging with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to articulate challenges and solutions.
• Adept at navigating shifting priorities while maintaining a focus on business outcomes.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack).
• Knowledge of multiple cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent command of English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
