They building a next-generation data platform, powered by Databricks on Azure, to support all our data initiatives. The goal is to transition toward a data mesh architecture that offers scalability, flexibility, and seamless access across teams. What You'll Do

• Design and manage our data infrastructure on Databricks and Azure to ensure it is scalable and high-performing.
• Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to create a platform that aligns with various team needs.
• Contribute to platform architecture using data mesh principles to enable decentralized data ownership.
• Ensure the platform meets security and performance standards, and implement innovative best practices.
• Collaborate with other teams to support end-to-end data integration and workflows for multiple data products.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data platform technology and engineering.

Your Background

• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, ideally within a data and analytics setting.
• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Strong expertise in Azure and Databricks, including infrastructure as code, data lake storage, and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
• Familiarity with data mesh concepts and experience working within decentralized data architectures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a drive to work with cross-functional teams.
