What They’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in data science, with experience in energy, utilities, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; expertise with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch); and experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of renewable energy systems, grid management, or energy forecasting is an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Expertise in time-series analysis, optimization algorithms, and predictive analytics.
• Education: Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and a passion for sustainability.
