Where you come in:

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, you must feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.

• Identify and analyze business and user requirements to align IT solutions with organizational goals.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals for improving operational processes and increasing efficiency.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with external suppliers and service providers.
• Coordinate the selection, negotiation, and management of vendor contracts to ensure quality service delivery.
• Organize and oversee the implementation of IT systems, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Manage the ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of IT systems to meet business needs.
• Utilize business process modeling techniques to document workflows and system interactions.
• Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation for all project processes, changes, and outcomes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to scope and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project success.
• Utilize agile methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate the latest technologies into project plans.

Who you are:

• Experienced (2+ years) IT Project Manager with a track record of successful execution of IT projects in complex and challenging settings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Creative thinker who loves solving complex challenges.
• Known for flawless execution and staying cool under pressure. You see the big picture but know how to focus on the details that matter.
• Juggling priorities and keeping everyone on the same page is second nature to you.
• Your emails, presentations and team updates are clear, compelling and actionable.
• Whether it’s Agile, Scrum, or a hybrid approach, you navigate methodologies with ease.
