The primary responsibility of this role is to build and nurture a thriving user community, drive engagement, and ensure user success while seamlessly integrating both strategic and operational aspects of social media management. This role is pivotal to the success of INSPIRED, as the global marketing strategy is poised to achieve significant user growth over the next 18 to 24 months.
The role encompasses three key areas of expertise, outlined as follows:
User Success Management (40%)
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new users through onboarding processes to ensure they understand and use the product effectively. This should be done suggesting specfic assets and methods currently not in place at INSPIRED.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve user issues promptly via email, chat, or calls. This should lead to the management and regular udpates of the INSPIRED FAQ.
- Feedback Collection: Regularly gather user feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities. This should lead to the management and regular udpates of the INSPIRED FAQ.
- Proactive Outreach: Reach out to users to ensure they are maximizing the value of the product for both themselves as well as for INSPIRED authoritativeness at “listening” to its users.
- Retention Strategies: Develop initiatives to reduce churn and increase long-term user loyalty. This should be done in close relation with the UX and UI designers as well as the product team, to insure proper funneling and implementaiton of potential improvements of the INSPIRED App.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor user success metrics such as adoption rates, NPS scores, and churn rates, and implement improvements.
User Engagement Management (45%)
- Engagement Campaigns: Design and execute in-app campaigns to encourage user interaction and participation.
- Behavior Monitoring: Analyze user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
- Content Personalization: Develop targeted content or notifications based on user preferences and activity.
- Interactive Features: Work with product teams to introduce or optimize features that encourage active usage.
- Rewards: Implement referal elements, incentives, or loyalty programs to drive engagement.
- Community Building: develop an active user community through forums, events, or live interactions to enhance user connection with the brand.
- Metrics Tracking: Measuring user engagement will be a key elements to the development of the INSPIRED platform as those numbers will lead to INSPIRED media offering (boost, advert, sponsorship) as well as potential co-marketing collaboration.
Social Media Management (15%)
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and schedule posts, stories, and social content aligned with brand objectives, covering all platform INSPIRED currently on, and recommending new channels if necessary
- Social Media Community Management: Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages to build community trust and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions; prepare regular performance reports.
- Campaign Management: In relation with the Head of Marketing, plan and execute social media ad campaigns, including budget management and audience targeting.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates to refine strategies. This should also includes close monotoring of competition social media strategies, habits and successes.
- Collaboration: Work with the Brand and Content manager, 3rd party designers and agencies, and the product teams to align social media activities with broader business goals or immediate potential pragmatic needs.
