Backend Python Developer (AI Platform)

One of the companies with which we collaborate in Joppy, an AI software company, is looking for a Solutions Engineer (AI Platform) to join their team in Valencia (hybrid work model and possibility to work remotely).

### The Role

We're seeking a Solutions Engineer who will wear two crucial hats: helping enterprises successfully implement maisa AI's technology while also working closely with our product development team to productize customer requirements. You'll be both the technical backbone of our customer success team and a key collaborator in our platform's evolution.

This position is ideal for a skilled Solutions Engineer with a strong background in client collaboration and translating customer needs into tangible solutions and product features. You'll play a key role in implementing our technology for enterprise clients, designing custom integrations, and enhancing our multi-step reasoning engine. Additionally, you’ll work closely with product development to align platform capabilities with real-world requirements, ensuring our AI solutions meet evolving market needs and drive impactful customer outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

- Technical Implementation

- Design and implement proof-of-concept solutions using maisa AI's platform

- Develop custom integrations and workflows for enterprise clients

- Create scalable solutions that showcase our multi-step reasoning engine

- Optimize prompt engineering strategies for specific use cases

- Build demonstrations of tool integration capabilities

- Product Development Collaboration

- Work directly with the engineering team to productize customer requirements

- Contribute to core platform development based on field experience

- Design and implement reusable components and features

- Help define and build developer-friendly APIs and SDKs

- Participate in technical planning and architecture discussions

- Bridge the gap between customer needs and platform capabilities

- Customer Success

- Provide technical guidance and best practices to enterprise customers

- Lead technical discovery calls and solution architecture sessions

- Debug and troubleshoot customer implementations

- Create custom demos tailored to specific industry needs

- Collaborate with customers to define success metrics and KPIs

- Platform Enhancement

- Transform customer-specific solutions into platform features

- Identify patterns across customer implementations for productization

- Develop and maintain platform integration templates

- Contribute to technical architecture decisions

- Help prioritize platform features based on market needs

- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer implementations

### Technical Requirements

- Programming Languages

- Strong proficiency in Golang and Python

- Familiarity with Rust for small-scale feature development

- Experience with web technologies and REST APIs

- System Architecture

- Deep understanding of event-driven architectures

- Experience with high-concurrency environments

- Hands-on experience with Kafka, EventBridge, or similar event streaming platforms

- Knowledge of distributed systems design

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- AI/ML Experience

- Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations

- Experience with prompt engineering and chain-of-thought approaches

- Familiarity with AI model deployment and integration

- Experience integrating AI services at scale

- Development & Operations

- Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines

- Proficiency with version control systems (Git)

- Understanding of containerization and orchestration

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools

- Experience with software development lifecycle

- Previous experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting

- Background in enterprise software implementations

- Experience with AI/ML project delivery

- Understanding of enterprise security requirements

- Track record of successful customer implementations

- Experience with agile development methodologies

- Professional fluency in English (C1 level or higher) and business proficiency in Spanish (B2 level or higher)

- Experience working with international teams and Spanish-speaking markets

- Experience in platform development and API design

- Track record of converting customer needs into product features
