We are hiring a "Commercial Solution Manager"!

What does a "Commercial Solution Manager" do at Anadolu Efes?
- Manage all enterprise-wide non-ERP business solutions applications that support the businesses and core functions. This includes packaged software, customized software, internet applications, etc. This role will include development, support, and maintenance of such applications to meet the business needs of the enterprise.
- Identify best practices throughout the organization and business units and communicate/implement these practices on an enterprise level, drive the development of enterprise technology standards to ensure compatibility and integration (e.g., multivendor platforms) throughout the global organization
- Provide governance and strategic direction to commercial systems solutions portfolio and investments to establish robust, flexible, adaptable and responsiveness IDS solutions to increase business process effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Analyze and communicate benefits and risks associated with IDS investments, as well as effectively articulating corporate IDS plans, policies and standards for acquiring, implementing and operating non-ERP systems.
- Providing the necessary coordination work in order to solve the problems related to the commercial solutions currently in use, and to solve the problems between all stakeholders
- Approve, prioritize, and control projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and implementation of new Commercial solutions for the companies in the group. Review Commercial solutions software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale
- Mentor and develop the team for training, growth, and efficiency for successful deliveries.
- Manage and coordinate on-going support which includes the following responsibilities:
- Portfolio Planning / Services roadmap development & execution: working with business stakeholders, develop roadmaps for existing Commercial Solutions Services including any upgrades, enhancements, new feature deployment, infrastructure expansion, etc. Roadmaps will also include prioritized development & deployment of new features of commercial solutions. Track critical metrics associated withservices including metrics associated with quality, cost, transaction volume, and any issues associated with services.
- Business relationship management: Act as an escalation-point-of-contact for the Commercial Solutions Support Services.
- Program and Project Execution: Set up and manage global Commercial Solutions projects to deliver against roadmap/portfolio – business case development, coordination of relevant resources (internal, as well as vendor selection & management) – ensuring aligned architecture, serviceability, and security.
- Partner with the business to drive change including training, communication, and sponsor buy-in.
- Manage a growing team of 3 direct reports. This role requires a proven leader in architecting high performing globally distributed teams.
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives ranging from small, single service updates to large, complex, multi-million-dollar business and IDS transformation effort.
What are the qualifications we look for in a "Commercial Solution Manager" at Anadolu Efes?
- At least 10 years managing multiple vendors in an outsourced environment. 10 Years Project / Program Management Experience, Functional Experience: At least 10 years, Sectoral Experience: At least 10 years
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluent in English
- Extensive experience setting up, deploying, and managing SDLC.
- Exposure to ITIL/ITSM, certifications in ITIL, CMMI, SOX, COBiT, etc. a plus.
- Deep knowledge of SOA and enterprise integration including EDI and EAI.
- Leadership experience in supply chain, purchasing, e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, wholesale, retail environments.
- Proficiency working with Salesforce, SFE, CRM, B2B, e-commerce, BPM, web and mobile based systems
- Experience developing and managing custom built .NET / Java based applications
- Technical experience in high availability Open Systems, On-Line Systems, multi-datacenter, MPLS, and virtualized environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and "sell" the portfolio goals and objectives to business as well as technical leadership.
- Possesses a high degree of political sensitivity, astuteness and the ability to effectively use the informal power structure of the organization to achieve success and clear obstacles for the portfolio.
- Highly empathetic and able to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of business and technical audiences, as well as temperaments and personalities.
- Effective influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver against financial and resource constraint.
- Leadership experience in supply chain, purchasing, e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, accounting and finance.
- Demonstrated track record of leading change, operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, change management, communication, strategic, interpersonal skills. Well-organized, results oriented individual with ability to implement standards, procedures and processes that improve business functionality.
- Ability to successfully lead an in/outsourced virtual teams. Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and motivating individuals to maximize levels of productivity.
- Strength in building consensus, focused on strong client relationships. Ability to work across organizations and levels, from executives to functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated sound business judgment.
- Organizational agility and the ability to read the subtle nuances of a situation and react/plan accordingly.
- Thrives in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
