ces.The Trendyol Private Label Team combines fashion with technology at every process from Design to Production and Supply Chain, working closely with our partners to deliver the same goal: Offering our customers the perfect fashion shopping experience!

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and guiding the graphic design team, distributing tasks and ensuring coordination within the team,
• Developing creative ideas by following trend analysis platforms such as WGSN and sectoral reports,
• Understand customer requirements and guide the team,
• Develop creative solutions that meet brand standards,
• Collaborate with different departments to provide creative solutions that meet needs.

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• University degree preferably in Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design,
• At least 7 years of experience in the textile and fashion industry,
• Experienced in team management,
• Able to use Adobe Creative programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) at an advanced level,
• Experienced in printing techniques and digital design processes,
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills, excited to work with different teams within the company,
• It has an innovative perspective that follows fashion and design trends.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture. We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August. The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
