Your Responsibilities:

• Working with the UX, UI and Content team activities and come up with analytical plans to increase conversion rate
• Working with all web management 3rd parties and service providers
• Collaborating with the front end and design team
• Being in a cooperation with e-commerce, sales, customer order management, e-commerce customer care and marketing teams
• Developing hypotheses and performing A/B or multivariate tests according to the optimization strategy and test plan
• Analyzing and optimizing critical customer paths, such as the product listing page, product detail page, and sales funnels

What We Expect:

• University degree in retaled fields
• Min 6+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with user experience and content analysis
• Proficient in analytical and web performance management tools
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing channels is a strong asset
• Negotiation skills and ability to assert oneself
• Experience in project and process management
• Pro-active and self-motivated, willing to take responsibility
• Able to read / understand basic coding
• Able to communicate clearly in English
