Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and enhance AML policies, procedures, and controls in line with local and international regulations.
• Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer), KYB (Know Your Business), and due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify suspicious activities and conduct thorough investigations to report findings to the necessary regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated with regulatory developments, including MASAK requirements and FATF guidelines, and ensure timely updates to internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver AML and compliance training across the organization.
• Perform AML risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in AML, compliance, or financial crime roles (crypto/blockchain industry experience is a must).
• Language Skills: Fluency in Turkish (native level) and English (both written and spoken).
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of MASAK regulations, FATF guidelines, and international compliance standards.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong investigative and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Certifications (Preferred): CAMS, ICA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
