Chief Technology Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on CTO to lead the development and delivery of innovative AI and Data-driven platforms. This role is ideal for a technical leader passionate about shaping the future of enterprise-grade AI solutions, driving product development, and guiding teams to achieve excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable, and cutting-edge technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Drive the design, architecture, and delivery of AI and Data platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
• Product Development: Actively contribute to coding, prototyping, and building core products while mentoring the engineering team on best practices.
• Strategic Vision: Define the company’s technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Team Management: Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• AI Expertise: Oversee the integration and optimization of AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), machine learning algorithms, and data pipelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, product teams, and clients to ensure technology solutions align with market needs and business goals.
• Scalability & Efficiency: Identify and implement best practices for system architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure to ensure seamless product scalability and reliability.
• Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and adopting new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience building and scaling AI and data platforms in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, with experience in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to work on product development, from concept to deployment, with a focus on technical excellence and user experience.
• Strong expertise in AI frameworks, LLMs, data engineering, and machine learning pipelines.
• Track record of managing and scaling engineering teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in aligning technology strategies with broader business goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results in complex technical ecosystems.
