Head of Engineering

Our client is a high-growth leader in the q-commerce industry, redefining fast, reliable e-commerce solutions. They are hiring a strategic Head of Engineering to lead their engineering teams and drive technological excellence.

• Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams (platform, mobile, data, infrastructure).
• Drive technology strategy, ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and customer-focused.
• Spearhead innovation, integrating new technologies to enhance products and operations.
• Work closely with product and leadership teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture, optimizing workflows and engineering processes.
  
  

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience in managing engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments (preferably q-commerce, e-commerce, or logistics).
• Strong expertise in modern technologies (cloud, microservices, DevOps, AI/ML).
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
