About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager specializing in the Sui blockchain and Move programming language, you will lead the development and deployment of innovative Web3 solutions and Dapps. This role will require technical expertise, a user-centered approach, team-management and strategic vision to drive high-impact blockchain products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify key opportunities in DeFi, gaming, eCommerce and other verticals that leverage Sui’s high transaction speeds and Move’s smart contract capabilities.
2. Collaborate with Sui’s engineers, external development teams and studios to bring to life new innovative DApps.
3. Lead developers to design, build, and test new features, leveraging Sui’s scalable and secure infrastructure.
4. Provide hands-on expertise in the Sui blockchain, ensuring effective implementation of Move-based smart contracts for founders.
5. Engage with users and ecosystem partners to gather insights, validate features, and ensure a user-centric approach to product development.
6. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear product specifications.
7. Stay up-to-date with blockchain and Web3 trends
8. Identify new tools, features, and integrations that can enhance user experience and product value.

Key Requirements

1. Programming Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Move language and hands-on experience with smart contract development.
2. Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of the Sui blockchain, including its transaction architecture and scalability capabilities.
3. Blockchain Experience: Proven experience working within the blockchain industry, preferably on Web3 or DeFi products.
4. Product Management: 5+ years in product management with experience in agile methodologies, preferably in a technical or Web3-focused environment.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. Prior experience with DeFi protocols, blockchain gaming, or tokenized eCommerce projects.
7. Familiarity with venture building models and corporate partnerships in the blockchain space.
8. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
