Senior Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in C++ or Java to join our client team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in software development and a passion for building high-performance, reliable, and scalable systems.

• Design, develop, and optimize software solutions using C++ or Java, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features or improve existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Lead code reviews to maintain coding standards and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and help design scalable and efficient software systems.
• Develop and implement unit tests, integration tests, and documentation to ensure code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in C++/Java and related technologies.

• A graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on C++ or Java.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization in C++ or Java.
• Proficiency in working with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with frameworks/libraries such as Spring (for Java) or Boost (for C++).
• Familiarity with network programming, real-time systems, or distributed computing.
• Exposure to Agile development practices and tools like JIRA.
