As Senior Cloud Engineer, manage the engineering/ operations and security of the Cloud and its marketplace as well as the forging of regional partnerships and execute plans in developing new generation solutions.

About the Division

International Digital Services (IDS) is a strategic and pivotal unit, contributing to the Group’s transformation vision by providing leadership in new and breakthrough strategies and development of new and emerging business and operating models. As a business unit, it is focused on adjacent to Telco opportunities, continuously innovating to harness scale and synergies across the Group to deliver quality solutions to telcos and enterprises regionally and internationally. Beyond business, IDS champions an agile and streamlined operating model while serves as a launchpad for talent development.

Telco Cloud & Solutions

The Telco Cloud & Solutions vertical is a key contributor to the IDS business, and aims market breakthrough for SME Digitalization with a robust Cloud platform, intelligent solutions marketplace and serving a vibrant SME community for the region. The Senior Cloud Engineer will drive :

• Platform Build and Service Transition ; Patches and Upgrades activities and coordination
• Overall solutions planning, transition and fulfilment
• Platform and Marketplace Security
• Problem Management
• Manages Support and MS contracts
• Ticket clearance/ resolution

Make an Impact by

• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability, high availability, and security
• Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud management and orchestration applications
• Implement and maintain CICD pipelines for IaC and applications.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and management of applications in cloud environments.
• Implement and manage security policies, identity management, and access controls.
• Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
• Facilitate and support the troubleshooting or root cause analysis of platform issues or incidents with partners
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, manage patching

Skills for Success

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years industry experience working with DevOps function for complex systems
• Proficient hands-on knowledge and experience in cloud management, deployment, and support
• Proficient hands-on experience in managing problem resolution, incident management and customer tickets
• Proficient in Cloud technologies and managing platform services, ICT and Cloud Product Lifecycle
