Trial period: 3 months

Estimated annual income: ￥6M～￥10M

Work location: Fukuoka, full remote

Working hours: Flex (core time: 11:00~16:00, 8 hour work)

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays

[Job description]

You will lead the BizDev team towards PMF together with the PdM, and work on everything from formulating hypotheses to developing and releasing measures to achieve non-linear growth.

After the release, you will work with the BizDev team and development team to consider strategies with the PdM, including "to whom and how to expand" the business and product.

・Launch of a new cloud-based service

・Planning and developing additional features for our company's products and services

・Product architecture design

・Development and implementation of front-end, server-side, and infrastructure in a team

・Analyzing user behavior and proposing improvements

・Maintenance and operation work necessary for stable operation of the service

・Relationships with internal and external stakeholders

[Requirements]

・Over 3 years of practical experience with web applications regardless of language

・Over 3 years of experience with team development using GitHub

・Experience in creating and releasing services in collaboration with related parties

・Practical experience in web service and app development, from roadmap creation to development promotion to release

・Required Japanese ability: Business Level (N2)
