Software Analyst

Job description

• Collaborate with operations teams to define business processes and optimize customer experience
• Work closely with product owners to complete Squad responsibilities
• Coordinate system development and maintenance and ensure that operations within the Squad run smoothly
• Work with the operations team to define and optimize business processes
• Knowledge of business processes, workflows, and use cases for the products in charge
• Understand the core capabilities, functions, and limitations of the products you are responsible for
• Support process automation and standardization
• Identify new needs and define business and system requirements
• New technologies and functions
• Explore and evaluate and recommend alignment with company strategy
• Ensure utilization of existing assets
• Work closely with Product Owner to complete responsibilities to be carried out by the Squad
• Necessary governance Adherence to processes
• Plan implementation approach
• Coordinate system development and maintenance to ensure smooth operations within the Squad
• Prepare for release (e.g. document approval to Release Management)
• Prioritize and respond to incidents (as a single point of contact for the business) and work on night or early morning releases (e.g. submission of reports, conduct reviews, etc.)
