Job description
- Collaborate with operations teams to define business processes and optimize customer experience
- Work closely with product owners to complete Squad responsibilities
- Coordinate system development and maintenance and ensure that operations within the Squad run smoothly
- Work with the operations team to define and optimize business processes
- Knowledge of business processes, workflows, and use cases for the products in charge
- Understand the core capabilities, functions, and limitations of the products you are responsible for
- Support process automation and standardization
- Identify new needs and define business and system requirements
- New technologies and functions
- Explore and evaluate and recommend alignment with company strategy
- Ensure utilization of existing assets
- Work closely with Product Owner to complete responsibilities to be carried out by the Squad
- Necessary governance Adherence to processes
- Plan implementation approach
- Coordinate system development and maintenance to ensure smooth operations within the Squad
- Prepare for release (e.g. document approval to Release Management)
- Prioritize and respond to incidents (as a single point of contact for the business) and work on night or early morning releases (e.g. submission of reports, conduct reviews, etc.)

Required Skills and Experience
- Communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask (perform multiple tasks at the same time) and the ability to learn new things quickly and perform a wide range of tasks

- Understanding or willingness to learn about a life insurance company's customer portal product should look like from the customer's perspective

- Knowledge and experience in building open applications on the cloud
- Log and code analysis skills and experience in problem solving and analysis
- Ability to problem solve
- Communication skills and persuasive skills that can challenge business requirements
- Ability to work in a multinational environment
