This company was established in October 2023 as a wholly owned subsidiary of An AI related compnay.

With the vision of “Unleashing human potential and creating a society that can face new challenges,” This company will plan, develop, and market services that help companies reform their operations, improve productivity, and solve problems by utilizing generative AI such as large-scale language models (LLMs) and other cutting-edge technologies.

At our company, we are developing two products in the field of generative AI.

・Generative AI

This is a generative AI service for companies introducing a highly confidential ChatGPT environment to the front lines of business. With reliable security and ease of operation, it streamlines tasks in the business field. It has features such as prohibited word registration and user log accumulation, enabling monitoring of company-wide usage, cost control, and user account management.

・IR Assistant

This is an IR operational efficiency support service utilizing ChatGPT. It collaboratively creates anticipated Q&A collections for shareholder meetings and financial results briefings with AI, enabling IR personnel to focus on higher value-added tasks. It is provided in an environment that emphasizes robust security and compliance, and user-uploaded data is strictly managed.

▶︎About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the development of our AI generation products as a tech lead.

As this is a startup in its launch phase, you will handle a broad range of areas including backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.

You may also have the opportunity to lead the launch of new products, in addition to managing existing ones.

Development Style

We emphasize code review and pair programming

We are conscious of improving code readability and maintainability.

We choose agile, waterfall, or ad hoc methods depending on the project.

▶︎Qualifications

【Required】

・Experience in leading a development team, or a similar role.

・More than 3 years of experience in developing web or mobile applications

・Basic knowledge of networks, databases, etc.

・Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures

・Business level English skills

・Daily conversation level Japanese skills

▶︎Work environment

・To facilitate smooth product development, you are required to come to the Tokyo office once a week.

・Communication within the team is primarily in English, while communication with other departments utilizes both English and Japanese.

・At our headquarters, we hold weekly engineer study sessions where you can catch up on the latest technologies and insights.
