About the Role

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the VTuber streaming platform, collaborating with global teams to define the product roadmap, manage resources, and incorporate user insights into new features.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, design, and development teams to create and execute the product roadmap.
• Translate the roadmap into actionable requirements and prototypes.
• Prioritize tasks and align teams based on business and user impact.
• Collect and incorporate user insights to continually improve the product.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for anime, manga, gaming, and VTubing.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in digital entertainment, VTubing, or similar industries.
• Proven success in leading global B2C products with an understanding of engineering, business, and design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Notion, GSuite, Slack, and Zoom.
• Business-level English and Japanese

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in VR/AR technologies and AI tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in data analysis and startup environments.
