Experience require 8+

Job Description: They should have worked on Golang scripting for application Development and not system dev. Golang is a MUST here.

If they are good in GOLANG , customer is ready to take even though other skills are average.

Must have skills: GoLang, Kafka, NoSQL (preferable) like Cassandra, Couchbase, but Go Lang is a MUST skill here.
