We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager to play an important role developing, executing, and optimizing strategies that drive customer acquisition through digital channels.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Manage Acquisition Campaigns: Set up and manage advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other potential channels (e.g., emerging platforms) to drive user acquisition. This can be done hands-on or by managing external agencies.
- Establish & Monitor KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for user acquisition, analyzing performance across channels and optimizing campaigns accordingly to meet business objectives.
- Develop Acquisition Funnels: Design, optimize, and manage the user acquisition funnel for our digital sales channels, ensuring it aligns with company growth targets.
- Testing & Experimentation: Continuously run A/B tests and other experiments to optimize campaign performance, ad creatives, and landing pages across all platforms.
- SEO Strategy: Implement SEO strategies for e-commerce and Amazon platforms.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key metrics, analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and discrepancies, and report on campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Creative, and Media Teams to align acquisition strategies and ensure that campaign creatives and messaging meet company objectives.
- Manage 3rd Party Agencies: Oversee third-party agencies, ensuring their strategies are optimized and in line with in-house goals.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Continuously research and stay informed about industry trends, emerging acquisition channels, and tools to drive growth.
THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED:
- Proven User Acquisition Experience: Strong background in managing paid acquisition campaigns for e-commerce and Amazon, leveraging Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon advertising. Experience with mobile app acquisition is a plus.
- Campaign Management Expertise: Extensive experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across major and emerging channels.
- Testing & Optimization Skills: Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and performance optimization to maximize results.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles, with hands-on experience being an advantage. Familiarity with ASO is also beneficial.
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficient in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel, and other analytics tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Ability to interpret data and insights to optimize acquisition efforts and maximize ROI.
- Project Management & Autonomy: Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and take ownership of the user acquisition process independently.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with external agencies.
