Your future team of professionals

While leading a team of three backend developers, you’ll be part of a larger cross-functional development team. This includes QA engineers, a mobile team, and front-end developers, all working together to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaboration and communication are key as the team focuses on creating scalable, reliable, and innovative products. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to and shape the technical direction while ensuring seamless integration across all parts of the development process.

Impact you will make

In this role you will be focused on creating scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend solutions that power white-label and SaaS platforms for our partners. You will design, develop, and maintain server-side systems, ensuring seamless integration with client applications and third-party services.

Our ideal candidate is proficient in modern backend technologies, experienced in crafting clean and maintainable code, and capable of contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring team members.

We Expect You To Own The Following Processes

• Implement new technologies and methods to optimize processes and improve product quality.
• Define the overall architecture, set design patterns, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain APIs.
• Optimize database queries and performance.
• Monitor and analyze system performance.
• Investigate and resolve production issues.
• Enhance deployment and CI/CD processes.
• Facilitate team communication and collaboration.
• Delegate tasks and prioritize workload.
• Provide mentorship and coaching.
• Streamline conflict resolution and team motivation.
  
  

Skills we are looking for

Hard skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development.
• Experience as Team/Tech Lead.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages: Node.js.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL, preferably MySQL).
• Knowledge of API design and integration best practices.
• Solid experience with version control systems (GIT) and project management systems (ClickUp).
• Expert use of cloud platforms and deployment tools.
  
  

Soft skills

• Ability to work with feedback and escalate issues.
• Ability to explain complex concepts and technical details to non-technical team members.
• Proficiency in adopting and implementing a result-oriented approach.
