FinOps Analyst

We're looking for a FinOps Analyst to join our FinOps team in Lviv and help us create leading-edge technology solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Be a first point of contact for Automat-it customers regarding their AWS billing and consumption data
• Work closely with Automat-it customers to help them understand, monitor and analyze their cloud consumption data
• Suggest cost optimization opportunities in customers’ environments, implement or supervise the implementation of the recommendations
• Create and manage data alerts and budgets based on data models to identify anomalies in cloud spend
• Create and deliver ad-hoc reports and dashboards
• Onboard new customers to Automat-it services
• Make an impact on internal FinOps tool development

Requirements:

• Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and task management skills
• Solid working experience with spreadsheets, reporting, and task management systems
• Ability to analyze various volumes of data and generate meaningful insights
• Ability to translate reports into actionable recommendations
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finances, or operations research - advantage
• Have practical experience in FinOps or similar cloud-related roles - advantage
• IT project experience in a similar role or as a junior Project Manager - advantage
• Understand cloud services, architectures, and tools - advantage
• Worked with cost management tools, such as CloudHealth or Anodot - advantage
