We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Tech Lead to join our dynamic client's team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in E-Commerce, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). As a Java Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of Java-based applications, managing AWS cloud infrastructure, and mentoring a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the development of complex Java-based applications.
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable microservices solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of SOAP and RESTful web services.
  • Manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and other services.
  • Ensure smooth integration of payment gateways and other third-party services.
  • Maintain and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases to support e-commerce applications.
  • Implement best security practices to safeguard e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Agile/Scrum development cycles.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Skills And Qualifications

  • Java Proficiency: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java development.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience in E-Commerce, Supply Chain, and WMS projects.
  • SOAP/REST Integration: Strong expertise in developing and integrating SOAP and RESTful APIs.
  • AWS Cloud Experience: Proficiency with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and more.
  • Database Management: Experience managing SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly in e-commerce environments.
  • Payment Gateway Integration: Hands-on experience with integrating various payment gateways.
  • Security Best Practices: Strong understanding of security protocols and standards for e-commerce applications.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in team management and technical mentoring.
  • Microservices: Extensive experience in designing and deploying microservices architecture.
  • Agile Methodology: Solid understanding and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Build Tools: Proficiency with Gradle for build automation and dependency management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
