Skills Required:
Project Management & Coordination:
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, meeting timelines and technical requirements.
Act as the key liaison between internal teams, development partners, and customers.
Oversee the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and deliverables.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to avoid service disruption.
Production Environment Uptime:
Ensure 100% production uptime through effective monitoring, proactive issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
Implement and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational efficiency.
Provide technical support for end-of-line (EOL) services and Fleet Edge platforms.
Collaboration with Development Partners:
Maintain consistent communication with development partners, aligning on requirements, changes, and service-level objectives.
Participate in design discussions and influence key architectural decisions, ensuring scalability and reliability in the system.
Customer Support & Technical Assistance:
Deliver high-quality technical support to customers, addressing escalated technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues, driving post-issue analysis and improvements.
AWS DevOps & Infrastructure Management:
Hands-on experience in AWS DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and Docker container orchestration.
Ensure continuous deployment pipelines, monitoring, and automation to maintain system health.
Monitor and manage messaging protocols like MQTT in IoT-based environments.
System Operations and Automation:
Expertise in managing Linux-based environments and Java-based applications.
Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and minimize human error in system management.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the team in maintaining production stability, proactively monitoring system performance, and driving resolution of critical issues.
Handle Tier-3 level technical escalations, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause identification.
Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth rollout of new features or fixes.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in the deployment and maintenance of applications.
Provide EOL (End-of-Line) support and manage the lifecycle of IoT-based fleet operations.
