Job Title: Fullstack Software Developer (Payments Fintech)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Contract
Position Overview: You will design, develop, and maintain platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-office presence in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications and services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers.
- Write clean and well-documented code.
- Implement and maintain APIs.
- Optimise applications for speed and scalability.
- Perform code reviews and stay updated with industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technic
- al issues.
- Participate in Agile processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a Fullstack Developer in fintech/payments industry.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong back-end skills (Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of security best practices in software development.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and payment gateways.
Contract Details:
- Hybrid working model: remote and London office.
