Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Payments product line, which includes payouts, transfers, and currency exchange. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving execution, and ensuring that our financial products meet customer needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the Payments product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver innovative payment, transfer, and foreign exchange solutions.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product updates.
• Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all financial products are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• User Experience: Champion exceptional user experience by collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or payments industry.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, money transfers, and currency exchange processes.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in agile methodologies and product development cycles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward common goals.

• A degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
