This role will leverage our customer data warehouse, providing analytics solutions to a range of stakeholders including eCommerce, marketing, retail, planning and allocation, and strategy. Working alongside a digital analytics specialist, this role will identify new segmentation opportunities and help execute deployment across the marketing technology stack. The Sr Analyst will also be responsible for demand reporting within DTC channels and identify opportunities to improve the flow of data between systems, onboarding new sources and tools where necessary and coordinating with privacy and legal to ensure GDPR compliance.

JOB MISSION:

The Senior Analyst, Consumer Analytics will be responsible for analytics projects and customer data initiatives that leverage first-party consumer insights to drive regional business operations.

This role will leverage our customer data warehouse, providing analytics solutions to a range of stakeholders including eCommerce, marketing, retail, planning and allocation, and strategy. Working alongside a digital analytics specialist, this role will identify new segmentation opportunities and help implement deployment across the marketing technology stack. The senior analyst will also be responsible for demand reporting within DTC channels and finding opportunities to improve the flow of data between systems, onboarding new sources and tools where necessary, and coordinating with privacy and legal to ensure GDPR compliance.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Conduct analyses of existing first-party customer data to deepen our connection with consumers and drive segmentation opportunities.
  • Work with regional partners and a global IT team to improve capabilities of customer data capture, data warehousing, and actionability of data strategy.
  • Create automated reporting solutions that enable more efficient ways of working for regional eCommerce teams (trading, marketing, operations).
  • Validate and coordinate data flows within the marketing technology stack including data warehouse, CDP, and CRM systems.
  • Identify new opportunities to solve regional challenges with existing customer data, and roadmap solutions to incorporate new customer data where necessary.
  • Translate complex analytics principles into concise, clear, and actionable outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Several years of professional experience in consumer insights, digital analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills. Highly comfortable with demonstrating data to drive decisions and tell a story.
  • Foundational knowledge of predictive and statistical modelling techniques to segment customer data and experience using Python or R for statistical analysis.
  • Experience with PowerBI and DAX/M to create dashboards and reports.
  • Command of SQL and principles of database architecture required, with experience in Snowflake and BigQuery preferred.
  • Experience with a modern digital marketing technology stack.
  • Experience working with partners at multiple levels within an organization (operations, marketing, finance, privacy, etc.).
  • Willing to take action self-starter who can set strategy and drive execution with a “roll up the sleeves” approach.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into analytics projects and communicate insights to key partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passionate about the brand with a deep appreciation for the product and understanding of the customer’s experience.
