Job Title: HR Coordinator

Client Location: London Shoreditch - Hybrid

Starting: ASAP


Salary/Pay Rate: £120 per day (PAYE)

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 6 months


Are you an organised and proactive admin professional looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Join our innovative tech client as an HR Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment and onboarding experience.


This is a 6-month contract, offering £120 per day (PAYE).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Scheduling: Work directly with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate interviews.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel for out-of-town candidates.
  • Candidate Communication: Provide follow-up correspondence on recruitment status.
  • System Updates: Maintain candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system.
  • Background Checks: Facilitate background check and drug screen processes for candidates.
  • Onboarding Support: Manage new hire onboarding paperwork and orientation.
  • Paperwork Processing: Handle new hire paperwork efficiently.
  • Candidate Screening: Potential to conduct phone screens for candidates.
  • Expense Management: Process candidate expense reports.
  • Invoice Management: Oversee Talent Acquisition invoice and p-card processing.
  • Referral Program: Manage the Employee Referral Program and process payouts.
  • Additional Projects: Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
  • Environment: Relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system and knowledge of SAP preferred. Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
