Job Title: HR Coordinator
Client Location: London Shoreditch - Hybrid

Salary/Pay Rate: £120 per day (PAYE)

Duration: 6 months
Are you an organised and proactive admin professional looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Join our innovative tech client as an HR Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment and onboarding experience.
This is a 6-month contract, offering £120 per day (PAYE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview Scheduling: Work directly with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate interviews.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel for out-of-town candidates.
- Candidate Communication: Provide follow-up correspondence on recruitment status.
- System Updates: Maintain candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system.
- Background Checks: Facilitate background check and drug screen processes for candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Manage new hire onboarding paperwork and orientation.
- Paperwork Processing: Handle new hire paperwork efficiently.
- Candidate Screening: Potential to conduct phone screens for candidates.
- Expense Management: Process candidate expense reports.
- Invoice Management: Oversee Talent Acquisition invoice and p-card processing.
- Referral Program: Manage the Employee Referral Program and process payouts.
- Additional Projects: Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
- Environment: Relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system and knowledge of SAP preferred. Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
