Project Manager

Synapri collaborates with an esteemed organisation in the non-profit sector who are currently seeking a Dynamics 365 Project Manager for a 3-6 month contract.

The client is looking for someone who can work between the business and the 3rd party supplier, post CRM implementation, to realign the roadmaps.

You will be the interface between the business and tech teams and hold the supplier to account, ensure timescales are agreed and aligned.

Location: mainly remote with 1 day/ month in the office if necessary (London)

Rate: £400 - £460 per day (outside IR35)

Start date: ASAP

Main responsibilities:

• Manage Dynamics 365, Microsoft and data solutions on allocated projects, including stakeholders meetings to gather requirements, delivering solutions that are fit for purpose, on time and on budget.
• Create robust delivery project plans, resource plans, financial estimates and key milestones in collaboration with Product Manager.
• Ensure robust and effective governance to the company's standards and principles; control and reporting maintained for all assigned programmes and projects.
• Ensure all team members understand their roles and project objectives and requirements are understood and met. Provide a point of escalation for individual projects.
• Hold stakeholders accountable for project plan tasks, understanding stakeholder project delivery challenges.

Experience and skills needed:

• Proven experience of managing end-to-end complex transformation projects involving Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Ability to navigate through a complex multi-functional environment managing cross functional teams across the organisation.
• Experience of working in a structured project environment following defined governance standards relating to project planning, resource management, RAID management.
• Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile methodology and SCRUM Master Delivery experience.
