Who We Are

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with solid experience in PHP and Go to join our tech team. The professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance APIs, optimizing complex systems, and ensuring code quality through best development and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using PHP and Go.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures.
• Ensure code quality by applying clean code principles and software design best practices.
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure solution stability and performance.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ensure agile and efficient deliveries.
• Optimize databases and queries to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously promote improvements in development processes.
• Work with version control systems like Git.
• Ensure application security by implementing best practices regarding data protection and common vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
• Solid experience with PHP and its main frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
• Strong experience with Go and knowledge of building high-performance APIs.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with microservices-oriented system development.
• Hands-on knowledge of unit testing and continuous integration.
• Experience with Docker and application containerization.
• Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of web application security and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with Git for version control.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD and deployment pipeline automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with gRPC and GraphQL.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Knowledge of frameworks like Swoole and Fiber (for Go)
