Team Leader Java Full Stack

Our client in the banking sector is looking for a Team Lead / SME expert in Java domain with strong skills IT in Angular, Drools and middleware components (MQ, jbdc connectors, ftp/sftp all in an AIX/ Solaris environment). Technical knowledge around the SIC, Swift functional domain.

The candidate will have at least 7-years' experience in a similar position.

Your main responsabilities will be below as a team leader :

• Manage team activities
• Deliver assigned projects on time, quality, cost, motivation and according to UBP’s standard
• Upskill low performers
• Ensure 3rd and 2nd level support of applications assigned to the area of responsibility
• Delivery of requested projects

Your main responsabilities will be below as a technical leader :

• Define, design and deliver Java Full Stack defined roadmap, capacity, criticity and benefits for the Bank
• Perform automatic and manual review of platform on regular basis to assess compliance level and provide feedback and/or recommendation
• Active participation in project committees
• Foster stability and make the platform future proof
• Coaching & Mentoring : Support developers with proper training and follow-up

English and French are mandatory and you have to be a swiss resident.
