Position Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented Android Developer to join our dynamic team, working with key clients in the financial industry. This role requires proficiency in Kotlin, Android frameworks, and Jetpack Compose, among other technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs to improve application performance.
• Integrate with web services (REST, JSON, XML) using Retrofit and OkHttp.
• Implement clean architecture and adhere to coding guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Android development.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in Android mobile applications development.
• Strong understanding of Android Architecture, Framework, Android SDK, Core Java, and Android Studio IDE.
• Hands-on experience in building native mobile applications and mobility solutions.
• Expertise in UI components & controls including Action Bars, Widgets, Fragments, and Constraint layouts.
• Proficient in basic components of Android such as Activity, Services, Intent, Broadcast Receiver, Content Provider, Handlers, and Threads.
• Good working experience with web service integration (REST, JSON, XML) using Retrofit and OkHttp.

Good to Have:

• Expertise in Kotlin, including coroutines and extension functions.
• Knowledge of RxJava.
• Familiarity with using ViewModels and LiveData.
• Awareness of the latest updates in Android technology.
• Experience with analytics, location, and social APIs, payment gateways, SMS gateways, and cloud integration.
• Strong emphasis on clean architecture and good coding practices.
