In this role, you'll:

  • Own and manage the release calendar, ensuring alignment across application and service portfolio teams, suppliers, and stakeholders while proactively identifying and addressing project interdependencies.
  • Maintain a centralized release repository with up-to-date information on build and release procedures, dependencies, and communication protocols.
  • Coordinate seamless go-live activities, including deployment execution, risk mitigation, and real-time communication of progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison across cross-functional teams, including Test and Development Managers, Enterprise PMOs, and third-party suppliers, to ensure efficient release delivery and collaboration.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive release reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and updates on schedules, risks, and outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks impacting release scope, schedule, and quality while ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Drive release readiness reviews, milestone checks, and post-release evaluations, including preparing for Change Advisory Board discussions and resolving roadblocks.
  • Develop, document, and refine release and deployment processes, ensuring alignment with quality frameworks and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Anticipate and address potential risks, contributing to the creation and execution of risk management strategies and ensuring effective control measures.
  • Collaborate as part of a centralized Release Management team to standardize practices, streamline operations, and enhance alignment across the enterprise.

About You

  • Extensive experience in Service Management, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance performance.
  • Proven ability to deliver tailored service reporting for operational and management needs.
  • Expertise with ITSM tools, driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Success in managing governance frameworks to achieve customer-focused outcomes.
  • Skilled in handling complex release schedules across multiple transformation programs.
  • Strong ability to standardize and streamline release processes across diverse organizations.
