• Develop comprehensive staffing models and scenario analysis for business planning
• Drive operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations
• Create and maintain forecasting accuracy metrics and reporting
• Partner with stakeholders to align forecasting with business initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
• Strong statistical and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and database management
• Experience with automated distribution systems
• Excellence in data visualization and executive presentation
