Nortempo Porto is currently looking for a HR Assistant (m/f) for a client in the area of Porto.
RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS
- Development activities support – teambuilding's, assessments;
- Data analysis – Training, Complements, People Review, Performance Appraisal etc for the Region view;
- Report(s) building;
- LUCY data quality checks;
- HR Process(es) design, organization and structure;
- Global Workforce Transition;
- Others.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Specific skills / expertise / product:
- MS Office – high proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- English proficient
- Design tools and techniques (desirable)
- Knowledge of Success factors (desirable)

Experience
- 2-3 years of experience (minimum)
