Interface Designer

University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 13 years of relevant working experience in IT;

·Strong experience in designing for multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and tablet interfaces, ensuring consistent user experiences across all devices;

·Strong experience of responsive design techniques to ensure usability across various devices and platforms;

·Strong experience in creating high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, UXpin Axure);

·Adept in designing interfaces that comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), ensuring inclusive design for users with disabilities;

·Experience in creating motion graphics to guide user behavior and improve overall user flow;

·Experience in delivering assets, design specifications, and prototypes to development teams using tools like Zeplin, Figma, and InVision;

·Experience running user interface testing, gathering feedback, and iterating designs based on user insights;

·Experience in change management;

·Strong knowledge of platform-specific design guidelines (e.g., iOS, Android, Web) and ability to adapt designs accordingly;

·Knowledge of project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall), and analytics Tools (Hotjar,Google Analytics, Dynatrace);

·Knowledge of other tools like: UserZoom (for UCD, remote user research, and usability testing, Xtensio (for persona development, Smaply (for user journey mapping), JIRA (for project management), Documentation and knowledge sharing (Confluence), Sharepoint online, HTML/CSS, XML, SEO;

·Certifications in the following areas would be considered an asset: User centred design, Usability and accessibility standards, Participatory design (design sprints, visual conversation), Agile and Research techniques;

·Excellent command in English and French language, ability to communicate in Dutch would be considered an asset.
