Job Overview

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our dynamic Climatech team. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining the server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. Your contributions will directly impact the scalability and security of our applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔️Server-Side Development: Build efficient, testable, and reusable backend modules. Develop clean, robust, and scalable code.

✔️Database Management: Design and implement databases to ensure integrity, performance, and security. Manage data exchange between the server and users.

✔️Integration: Streamline data storage solutions and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

✔️Optimization: Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability, implementing security and data protection.

✔️Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

✔️Collaborative Development: Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to set up objectives, design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.

What You Need To Succeed

✔️Proven Backend Development Experience: Proficiency in server-side languages, we use here C#, but any other language also works.

✔️Familiarity with Database Technology: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.

✔️System Architecture Understanding: Ability to design and implement API-based architectures including REST.

✔️Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for performance and scalability.

✔️Effective Communication: Strong abilities in clear communication, capable of explaining complex ideas to non-technical team members.

✔️Adaptability: Open to adopting new technologies and frameworks as needed by project demands.
