Lead Software Engineer

I am seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join a dynamic team in one of Helsinki's leading medical industries.

You will be critical in designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications and services. You will also lead technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

Degree educated in Computer Science or equivalent qualification

Expert knowledge of Python and experience with RESTful API development

Proficiency in Frontend Technologies: Angular. Typescript & modern web technologies

Deep understanding of Linux OS

Extensive experience with Git, including branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines

Advanced proficiency in Bash scripting for automation and system management

Proficient in English

Able to work in Finland
