Position
We are looking for R&D Project Engineer / R&D Project Manager to join our Global R&D Project Team in the business division of DTE (Digital Transformation Enabler). The position will be based in our R&D Center Tampere, Finland.
R&D Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing product and technology projects. Duties contains a new product introduction to production including project documentation, budgeting, and scheduling. R&D Project Manager works in our R&D team and is in close co-operation with sales, product management, sourcing, quality and production teams worldwide.
You will be responsible for
- Project management of product development projects
- Communication to different stakeholders all over the world
- Project documentation and change management during project
- Product data management
- Technical data sheet creation
Ideal experience
- Experience in R&D process
- Knowledge in R&D project management
- Technical education (for example BSc/MSc) from a suitable field (for example electronics, automation, materials science)
- Experience from the multicultural work environment
- Understanding of product qualification and manufacturing
- Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish
- Knowhow in some of the fields: RFID technology, Pressure-sensitive labeling materials and/or Converting and roll to roll production
