My client are leading the way in transforming Prop-Tech through artificial intelligence and advanced digitisation. Focusing on optimising the entire Prop-Tech lifecycle for properties across Europe, they combines deep domain expertise, a scientific approach, and state-of-the-art technology to deliver an amazing Product.

Your Role

You will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the company’s digital product strategy to streamline and enhance business processes. By analysing market trends and gathering user feedback, you’ll prioritise and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. There are a lot of new Products they have in mind, so you'll be building these out from scratch.

Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, end users, and technical teams, you’ll oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Your role will involve maintaining an organised product backlog, defining business requirements for innovative features, and leading product demonstrations to showcase updates and improvements. Additionally, you’ll establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and business impact of product initiatives, driving continuous improvements.

Your Profile

• At least two years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, within the digital or software domain.
• Strong technical acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, particularly in scrum team environments.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and German.
• Proven ability to adapt to varying workflows, work collaboratively, and foster effective communication.
• Experience in Prop-Tech or Fin-Tech is a plus but not essential.

Salary between €80k - €100k depending on experience
