Project Manager - Retail Fit-Out

We are Irish owned and operate over 130 stores across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Spain, as well as a growing online store. We are expanding our service and product offering for our customers all the time.

We currently have vacancies for an experienced Project Manager to join our Store Development team based in our Head Office in Dublin City Centre. We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team and lead exciting retail fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of retail fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and identifying cost-saving opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and operations, to align project goals with business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and execute the planned scope of work of appointed subcontractors
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  
  

Experience/Skills Required

• A minimum of 3 years in project management within the construction or retail fit-out sector.
• Familiarity with retail environments and fit-out processes is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are required to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is preferred.
