About Your New Job

As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of renewable energy project execution, ensuring on-site activities are safe, efficient, and cost-effective. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple renewable energy projects simultaneously, with a focus on budget, timeline, and reporting.
  • Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the construction phases.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure project schedules and budgets stay on track.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and grid code standards.
  • Supporting tender documentation development and contract negotiations.
  • Leading Owner’s Engineer services and contributing to the growth of the project delivery team.


What Skills You Need

To excel in a Construction Project Manager role, you should bring:

  • A degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
  • A proven track record in managing multiple construction projects.
  • Strong expertise in MV/HV electrical designs and grid connections.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction and health & safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license for the UK and Ireland.
