Job Description
We are looking for an IT support technician to join our team in Italy (Agrate - MB)They will work in a very dynamic environment as a member of a team of several engineers who will accompany you in your growth. They will provide level 2/3 desk-side IT support for different devices (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and Smartphones).
Position Responsibilities and Functions
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11.
- Knowledge of Linux (basic only on Ubuntu).
- Knowledge of Mac OS (basic only).
- Knowledge of Android / iOS.
- Knowledge of Office365 (office suite).
- Knowledge of OneDrive.
- Mobility - Flexibility.
- Basic ActiveDirectory management
- Collaboration and communication skills
Additional skills (would be a plus):
- SEP Antivirus.
- ServiceNow (ticketing tool).
- MECM/SCCM
- Knowledge of HP products (laptop, desktop and printer)
- Server support (driven by Central Team for few activities)
- Networking skills (IP addressing and server knowledge)
Experience and qualifications:
- BAC +2 (BTS in computer science).
- At least 1 year experience in an IT department (user support).
- Class B Driver license must
