JUNIOR PROJECT EXECUTION MANAGER (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Renewables Latvia Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be helping us to take care of renewable energy business implementation in Latvia. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing project contracts and amendments
• Maintaining contract documentation and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Coordinating communication with contractors and service providers on contractual matters
• Monitoring contract performance, tracking deliverables, and reporting any deviations
• Maintaining project documentation, including financial records and schedules
• Preparing monthly reports summarizing contract statuses, issues, and resolution measures
• Supporting risk management activities related to contractual obligations
• Collaborating closely with the Tume Project Execution Manager and the wider project management team to ensure operational efficiency.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• University degree. Education in legal, project management, engineering, or electrical engineering is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks, contract management, or project support
• Basic understanding of contract management principles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI) and document management systems
• Good communication skills in both Latvian and English.
  
  
  

Would be an advantage

• Experience in renewables or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with legal frameworks, experience with FIDIC contracts
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Salary range for this position group: is 1979 to 2969 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
