Senior/Mid Product Designer 🧑🎨

We need a UI/UX designer who can turn complex problems into beautiful web designs. You'll be a key player in shaping our products!

Salesforge & Mailforge are the platforms of choice for sales organizations, lead generation agencies and solopreneurs to execute their outbound sales motion, for now focusing on cold email.

People in Salesforge come from different walks of life having worked at Google, SimilarWeb, Whatagraph, Kevin etc. and are crushing it right now growing 160% MoM with Salesforge.ai and Mailforge.ai (More to come 😉). Right now, we're a tightly-knit senior team working from an office in Vilnius, Technopolis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design cycle from research to pixel-perfect UI creation and delivery.
• Conduct thorough product research using support tickets, data analysis, and competitor insights.
• Map out product flows and create wireframes, from sketches to animated prototypes.
• Deliver high-quality visual designs in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze post-launch data to prioritize design improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers.
• Take full ownership and responsibility for your work, paying attention to every detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product design within collaborative teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of user experience design principles including research, testing, architecture, interaction, and visual design.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on precise design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Demonstrated expertise in web design showcased in your portfolio, especially in Figma.
• Dedication to aligning design strategies with both business goals and user requirements.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies and project dynamics while embracing feedback for personal growth.
• Capable of presenting design concepts and conducting user research with proficiency in data interpretation and idea validation.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English.

Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing real design projects.

Salary range is 3000 - 5000 Eur GROSS / month (depending on your experience)
