IT Business Analyst

Our client present within the healthcare industry of Luxembourg is looking for a Business

Analyst to join their team and be the pillar for drafting various specifications and coordinate

all the technical processes and projects between the developers and project managers,

both internally and externally.

The Role:

• Work with internal teams to identify their strategic and operational needs and convert them into technical requirements
• Evaluate current systems and suggest improvements or new solutions to enhance processes
• Help design and develop new applications or software features in close partnership with technical teams
• Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to align objectives, conduct testing and validation for quality assurance
• Provide technical support and training to end users.

The Profile:

• 2-5 years of experience within a similar role, University degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems management, or a related field
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management
• Strong technical skills, including understanding of databases, programming languages, and integration tools
• Proven ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions
• Fluency in English and French
