Full Stack Engineer

Minimum qualifications

• 4 or more years of work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in JavaScript/Typescript
• Experience in a back-end-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, Go etc.
• Experience with a front-end framework, preferably React.

Preferred qualifications

• A solid grasp of software development best practices, principles and concepts
• You are familiar with relational databases and are proficient in writing SQL queries.
• You can efficiently test your code using the appropriate testing methods such as unit testing, integration testing and end-to-end testing.
• You're an excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• You can adapt and are willing to learn new technologies and programming languages as required.
• Experience with Python and Django is a plus but not required

As a full stack engineer, you'll primarily focus on meeting customer needs while also contributing to backend development of the platform. You'll have the chance to work on diverse projects that require enthusiasm, initiative, and effective communication across various teams. We're looking for team members who can tackle both customer-facing and technical challenges with equal dedication.

Objectives and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain user-friendly interfaces using React and Typescript
• Develop and maintain a design system and component library.
• Take ownership of the whole product. As we are a small but agile and flat-structured team, requirements can change from one day to another.
• Work with other experienced engineers with diverse backgrounds in refinements, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• You will collaborate closely with other departments to understand customer needs, translating them into functional and technical requirements.
• You’ll need to step out of your comfort zone to help wherever is needed. You are happy to tackle new challenges and learn with the company.
