Job Title: EUC IT Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Specialist to join Yoda Tech’s Global IT Infrastructure, Security & Operations team. Reporting to the Regional IT Manager, the IT Specialist will support users remotely and on-site. The role ensures a stable, cost-effective, and secure IT environment while supporting technology modernization to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations Support
- Deliver day-to-day IT services, ensuring SLAs and objectives are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Windows 10, Office 365, remote access, hardware, printers, mobile devices, and meeting room equipment.
- Provide VIP support for senior management.
- Perform computer break/fix tasks for supported users.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams and act as ‘remote hands’ for troubleshooting network and computer issues.
- Manage and coordinate incident resolution, escalating as necessary.
User Management
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by setting up and removing IT environments for users.
- Train new hires on IT systems and ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
Asset & Lifecycle Management
- Maintain site inventory for all IT assets and keep asset management solutions updated.
- Replace computer equipment following corporate lifecycle policies.
- Manage procurement of IT peripherals and coordinate computer replacements.
Problem Management
- Identify the root cause of incidents and implement workarounds or definitive fixes.
- Propose process and procedural improvements to enhance service delivery.
Project Participation
- Act as the regional SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for global IT projects and ensure successful implementation.
- Liaise with vendors for AV, UPS, and printer maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in:
- Windows 10, Office 365 Suite, Active Directory, VPN (DirectAccess, FortiClient), Intune MDM, antivirus solutions.
- Meeting room technologies (e.g., Teams Meeting Room, Logitech Rally, Microsoft Surface Hubs).
- Hands-on experience with laptops, peripherals, mobile devices (Android, iOS), and follow-me print software.
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, Cisco switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and data center/server room management.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies is an advantage.

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Windows 10 Certified or equivalent.
